At Curtis Family Farms, we hand-craft our products right here on our Cape Cod homestead. Every order is packed with care—thank you for supporting our family-run farm.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Because our products are made in small batches, shipping times may vary slightly during busy seasons.
Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it along.
Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
Curtis Family Farms is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please email us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at:

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handcrafted and personal-care items, all sales are final. If you are wanting a sample to try please reach out and we will try to accommodate your request, shipping charges may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or exchange.
